Thank you for reaching out.

Just a couple of questions to clarify:

- Does the screen show writing without the stylus touching the surface of the MobiScribe?
- Do you have another stylus that you can try using and if so, does the same issue come up?

You can also recalibrate the stylus by using the nNotes App
> Expand the side menu by tapping the two arrows
> Tap the Settings icon (gearhead symbol)
> Tap Pen-Calibration
> Follow the instructions at the top of the screen
