Hi, Gabe.

Currently we do not have any option to access files via smartphone w/o syncing to dropbox through MobiScribe's UI or installable application.

It might be possible if you were to swap an external SD card between the two devices as well as saving notes as PDF/PNG files on the MobiScribe to view on your other device.
